I LOVE the quote above. For years it has been a favorite. The Lake House is a great movie. Not neccessarily everyone's cup of tea! But I do love it! It is sweet, and funny, and in a nut shell encouraging! For someone who feels that maybe they have so much to offer but just haven't been given the chance to...it's all about timing...more importantly The Lord's Timing. I have to be strong and realize that things aren't going to come my way just cause i want them too! Okay so thanks to Styles and Files of Brigham City...we were able to go to a sneak peek at Walker Cinema's tonight 6:50pm showing. So crazy but so much fun! The movie was SOOOOO much better than the first one! In my opinion they should have used this director for the 1st movie too. Anyways I loved it. I remember thinking to myself at one point, It can't be to this part yet....that means the movie is almost done. It flew by. Thanks to my family and friends who came along with me and supported me in MY OBSESSION....hopefully i can make it theirs as well! Here are a few of my fav pics from the movie!!!!(warning contains description of movie and spoilers...don't read if you don't want the spoiler) Just about started crying on this scene! Chocked it back for a few more minutes...when he says goodbye to her...and then leans in and kisses her forehead..and clinches his eyes...*sigh*you know how hard it was for him to say goodbye...even if he was being a jack ball!!
108 degrees....My heck it must have passed its way thru the screen to me in this scene...Did anyone else have hot flashes on this one...or was it just me? WOW

So I have to start out by saying that I have the best family and friends ever! Even if they are all a bunch of liars!They all kept my 28th Surprise B-day party a secret. I had no idea. And i did get a little upset when people canceled on me...thought no one loved me. But boy oh boy was I wrong. I am so blessed and I have the best Family anyone could ask for and the greatest friends.

Brenda asked me at the beginning of January what I wanted to do for my b-day and I was naming thing off like...staying home and vegging..going to pf changs..and then I threw out that she could throw me a surprise party(kidding of course) since I had never had one.Little did I know that the planning had already began a day or two before for that exact thing!My Mom did a great job of hiding it from me..and what a cake. I thought I was on that tv show "My Super Sweet Sixteen". We had a potato Bar and Salads and Cake and then they set up a Wii for everyone to play. By far the best birthday! Thanks to all of you who made me feel so loved and Blessed!

I love being an Aunt! For Levi's Birthday(which was in Novemeber) I told him that as his gift I was going to take him on a date to the Jazz vs. Cavaliers game. He is such a good sport..he had to wait two months for our date. But it was so much fun. I loved watching him whenever the Cavaliers would make a basket. I can't believe how fast he is growing up!!

Okay you all know what a fanatic I am about movies...and I love to watch award shows. When I was younger I used to take stats of the Oscars....weird I know but i loved it. Well on Sunday I watched the Golden Globes and I was so Happy I had to blog about it. I love love Kate Winslet. She is my Favorite Actress. I have loved her since I saw Sense and Sensibility and then of course TITANIC. She tore my heart out in Finding Neverland, and I felt like I could have been Iris in The Holiday. She has been nominated 7 times...7 times for a Golden Globe and 4 times for The Oscar with no win. Which is so unbelievable . Sunday she won.!!!!! Twice. She won for Best Actress in a Drama and Best Supporting Actress(two different movies of course). When they called her name for the Best Actress award I started to cry. She is an amazing actress in whatever she does. And she has deserved the recognition for so long I am so glad she won! I'm crossing my fingers for the Oscar!!!

What a great movie to start my New Year off with. SO So good. I laughed, I cried, I just bout made a puddle in the movie theater. The movie is like 2 hrs and 40min. But worth every second of it. Hugh Jackman what a stud. I am seriously considering relocating to Australia. They don't make them like that here in Utah....none that i have met anyways. You should all go see it!!!

I swear every year I should get a lump of coal, and every year I get to spoiled on Christmas. Gift Cards, and Jewlery and Purses...oh my! But this year I think I was very Spoiled. I got a Miracle. WICKED tickets. I totally don't deserve them but I am not giving them back. I have wanted to this show for three years now.I went on line Midnight the night they went on sale. And they were already close to sold out when I checked. I don't know how my mom did it. But I am going to Wicked!!!! And the seats are awesome. I am truly blessed. Just look at all the blessing I have in my life! This year is Jeff and Annie's year to go visit the grandparents back in Kansas City(I'll miss you, but how fun!)....so we thought we would exchange our gifts to each other tonight. We got together at Jason and Mindy's for Dinner. I love spending time with my family. And with the newest addition to our family it was a memorable night..full of laughing,dancing, and just enjoying each others company.I received some pretty great presents but if I can be honest...the best present I ever got was the gift of such an amazing family. How much fun and madness all in one! So we all decided to meet out there at 9:45 two hours and fifteen minutes before the freaking movie was even supposed to start..and we were at the back of the line. They had games and drawing once we got in there it was a blast. I honestly have to say that I liked the movie. I was setting myself up to be disappointed but I was satisfied by the movie! HOLY HOT KISS!! I have never wanted to be Bella more in my life. And Edward was so intense. My favorite part is still when he saves her in Port Angeles. I was so happy they kept that part in the movie! I give it two thumbs up!! Hopefully this movie does well so they will make the others. Everyone go see it at least once. I'm considering at least three times for myself!!!

I know you all say Poor Girl she doesn't know they're not real. Sillies I know they aren't. But as a single 27 year old women I have to tell myself that one day a man like him will come along. So I have to say I have the cutest Neices and Nephews! I asked Ellie and Tate out on a date for Saturday night. I had to go run some errands before I went and picked them up. While I was out and about I saw these raincoats and figured since had been raining all day long...I didn't want them to get wet. They were both so cute with them. Ellie kept on putting her hat on and saying that the rain couldn't get here now because her hat was on. We went to the movies and saw IGOR...so funny. They were so much fun to go with!!! So last week my Mother told me that I can't do anything tonight..that we are doing something together. Only she won't tell me what we were doing! We got down to Salt Lake and parked...walked to Abravenal Hall. The Utah Symphony was doing a mock concert with Judy Garland! I Love her. She is one my favorite people ever. I have the best Mom in the world. The seats were amazing 3 row from the stage. It was so much fun. Loved every minute of it.It is so sad at what a rough life Judy led. But I am so grateful for her music and movies. I loved it loved it loved it!
